Another RWU Law Grad named a Top LGBT Lawyer in National Ranking

Marek Bute '05 was named one of the U.S.’s Best LGBT Attorneys Under 40 by the National LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) Bar Association, an affiliate of the ABA.  (LGBT Attorneys Full Listing here)

Marek is an associate at Snell & Wilmer, Las Vegas, Nevada. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction, foreclosure and collection, insurance, and sports and entertainment. Marek is local counsel for Lambda Legal and co-counsel for O’Melveney & Meyers on the landmark Nevada Marriage Equality case Sevcik v. Sandoval, challenging Nevada’s ban on same-sex marriage. Marek is proud to be a part of one of today’s most debated legal issues.
